In that role, Pariente will lead the distribution strategy for Central America and the Caribbean, articulating the proposal of manufacturers such as Dell Technologies with the channel in the region to capture the opportunities that this new technological era brings with it. We talked with him about the challenges, opportunities and priorities that will mark his administration.

- What are your first priorities as Senior Director, Endpoint Solutions, MCA at TD SYNNEX and what is the strategy for Central America and the Caribbean?
Our priority is to strengthen the partner ecosystem in the region and accelerate the adoption of emerging technologies in the endpoint segment. Central America and the Caribbean represent a significant growth opportunity, and at TD SYNNEX we are focused on articulating innovation, manufacturers and partners to capture that market potential in a strategic and sustainable way.

Flagship Enterprise Device: Designed for professionals who demand high performance and mobility, it incorporates built-in AI capabilities that optimize productivity, video conferencing experience, and intelligent management of system resources. Its slim design, long battery life, and advanced connectivity make it a solution with a clear use case and tangible business value for the end user.
Together with Dell Technologies, we are actively working so that the channel can bring this proposal to the market with real impact, through training
digital solutions for customer management and expansion, and the development of specific use cases that allow partners to understand and communicate the differential value of these solutions more effectively.
- What are the main challenges for the channel in the region to adopt these solutions?
The central challenge is the transition to more consultative sales models. The speed of technological advancement demands increasing levels of specialization, and our role as distributor is precisely to accompany the channel in this transformation: with enablement that allows them to accelerate the adoption of new technologies, commercial support, market knowledge, and a close relationship with manufacturers such as Dell Technologies that accelerates this process of evolution.
