Bahamas to host 2025 Routes America Conference

Must read

The Bahamas is gearing up to host the 2025 Routes America Conference, with preparations already in full swing.

Chester Cooper, the Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Tourism and Investments in the Bahamas, provided insight into the upcoming event, emphasizing its importance.

“We are excited about it because it brings all of our counterparts and all of our partners in the same room, and we are able to negotiate new routes for The Bahamas, discuss trends in the industry, but most importantly, these are heads in beds,” Cooper told Bahamas media.

He also emphasized the anticipated economic impact of the conference, noting, “There will be roughly 3,000 room nights of very affluent individuals who are Chairmen, CEOs, and partners of the aviation industry. So not only is it an opportunity to rub shoulders with our counterparts, but it’s a significant opportunity to build new ambassadors for our country and to spread the word of its magnificence in the world of tourism and aviation.”

The 2025 Routes America Conference will take place February 10-13, 2025 at the Atlantis Resort, Paradise Island.

Routes America is the region’s premier aviation event, bringing together key decision-makers from airlines, airports, and tourism authorities across North, Central, and South America, as well as the Caribbean, to discuss and agree on their route networks.
