Report recognizes Ingram Micro’s cloud ecosystem division for its strong digital service catalog and customer management capabilities
Ingram Micro today announced the leading cloud ecosystem platform, CloudBlue, was recognized as a “Leader” in The Forrester New Wave

The report, which evaluates the 14 most significant providers in the marketplace development category, is designed to help technology decision-makers select the right digital platform partner for their marketplace development strategy. Forrester assessed all vendors on a set of 10 criteria spanning current offering, strategy, and market presence. CloudBlue was found to be differentiated in the criteria of customer management, operations management, seller management, digital service catalog, and vision. CloudBlue achieved being ranked as a ‘Leader’ among marketplace development platforms.
Forrester’s report mentions CloudBlue customers—including technology resellers and service providers—enjoy “[CloudBlue’s] large, regularly updated catalog of resellable offerings, along with its configure, price, quote capabilities, and its fast provisioning times.” The research, led by Joe Cicman, acknowledges “CloudBlue has native support for full customer lifecycle management, as well as pre-built integrations into Microsoft Dynamics and Salesforce Sales Cloud CRM systems. [CloudBlue is] designed to resell cloud services through a multi-tier distribution channel.”
