The 130sqm outlet is located in Orange Grove Plaza and boasts the largest fragrance and skincare assortment on the island, according to Rouge Duty Free.
This marks Rouge Duty Free’s second operation in the US Virgin Islands, after a boutique in St Thomas, and the retailer is also the biggest operator in Grenada.
