Minister of Trade and Industry, Paula Gopee-Scoon, is leading a trade mission of Trinidad and Tobago businesses to Dominica to explore new opportunities and strengthen the relationship between the two countries.

The delegation, which consists of 29 participants, kicked off its visit today with a Country Briefing hosted by the Dominica Association of Industry and Commerce, followed by the opening of business-to-business meetings at the Fort Young Hotel in Dominica’s capital city Roseau.

According to the Ministry of Trade and Industry, 19 companies from various sectors including food and beverage, construction, printing and packaging, chemicals, household products, and services are part of the mission.
