Intcomex El Salvador, part of Intcomex, the leading distributor of technology products and value-added solutions in Latin America and the Caribbean, successfully hosted the 20th edition of Intcomexpo, its flagship event, bringing together more than 1,100 attendees, over 30 leading technology brands, and facilitating more than 300 business meetings across two days focused on driving growth within the country’s technology channel.
Held on July 7–8, the event brought together resellers, manufacturers, and business partners for an agenda that included educational sessions, networking opportunities, product showcases, and one-on-one business meetings. Once again, Intcomexpo reinforced its role as one of El Salvador’s premier technology events, connecting the channel with the latest innovations, market insights, and business opportunities.
“Every edition of Intcomexpo is about more than attendance numbers—it reflects our ongoing commitment to helping the channel grow,” said Allan Escobar, General Manager of Intcomex for Guatemala, El Salvador, Honduras, and Nicaragua. “This event creates an environment where manufacturers, customers, and business partners build lasting relationships, exchange knowledge, and generate opportunities that strengthen El Salvador’s technology ecosystem.”
This year’s event featured Anker, APC, Acer, Belkin, Canon, Dell Technologies, DJI, Epson, Forza, HP, HPE, HP Poly, JBL, Kingston, Klip Xtreme, Lenovo, Logitech, McAfee, Microsoft, Motorola, MSI, Nexxt Home, Nexxt Infra, Primus, Razer, SanDisk, TP-Link, Ubiquiti, Western Digital, Xtech, and Xiaomi, showcasing their latest solutions while presenting new business opportunities across key technology categories.
One of the event’s highlights was the keynote presentation, “From Transactional Selling to Consultative Selling: The Path to Greater Profitability,” delivered by Raúl Pineda, Sales Manager at Intcomex El Salvador. During the session, Pineda shared practical strategies and tools to help partners transition to a consultative sales approach centered on differentiation and delivering greater value to customers. The presentation generated strong engagement, with attendees actively participating in discussions about the methodologies and industry trends presented.
More than 300 business meetings took place throughout the event, creating valuable opportunities for manufacturers and channel partners to explore new projects, strengthen strategic relationships, and identify high-value business opportunities.
“This year’s Intcomexpo gave our partners new ways to expand their portfolios, stay ahead of the trends shaping our industry, and build stronger relationships with the world’s leading technology manufacturers,” Escobar added. “Our goal is to continue creating experiences that help the channel differentiate itself, grow its business, and better serve the evolving needs of its customers.”
Now in its twentieth edition, Intcomexpo continues to demonstrate why it has become one of El Salvador’s most important technology events, bringing together manufacturers, partners, and customers in an environment where innovation, collaboration, and business development come together to accelerate the growth of the technology channel.
