Intcomex Cloud launches World Cup of Champions — the competition that will take resellers to experience the 2026 FIFA World Cup

Intcomex Cloud, the leading cloud solutions division of Intcomex—the top technology distribution and value-added solutions platform in Latin America and the Caribbean—together with Microsoft and AWS, is excited to announce the launch of its new regional campaign: World Cup of Champions.

This initiative aims to drive cloud sales growth through a fun, competitive format inspired by the passion and excitement of soccer.

The competition will run from July 1, 2025, to March 30, 2026, giving resellers across the region the chance to score ‘goals’ based on their incremental sales of Microsoft Modern Work, Azure, Copilot, and AWS solutions. Each revenue milestone achieved will represent a goal on the global leaderboard, where participants will compete for the grand prize — an all-expenses-paid trip to the 2026 FIFA World Cup.

How the championship works

More than a contest — a regional experience

World Cup of Champions will not only test resellers’ sales performance but also strengthen the cloud community through the shared excitement of soccer. Over the nine months of competition, Intcomex Cloud will roll out a complete digital engagement strategy that includes:

A unique opportunity for growth and connection

With this campaign, Intcomex Cloud aims to combine two passions — technology and soccer — and motivate its partners to expand their cloud business while giving them the chance to experience one of the world’s most iconic events: the 2026 FIFA World Cup.

At the same time, AWS reaffirms its commitment to the region, with availability in Mexico, Central America, the Caribbean, Colombia, Ecuador, and Peru, bringing resellers closer to a global cloud portfolio with a strong local presence.
