IFA 2022: IFA+ Summit focuses on de/globalisation

Must read

Conference to take place on 5 September from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. at the IFA Convention Area in Hall 23. First speakers already confirmed. Trade visitors can attend the IFA+ Summit with their regular IFA ticket.

Be it the climate crisis, the pandemic, or the war in the Ukraine and the resultant raw material shortages – the current crises are also a crisis of a globalised world. Thus, deglobalisation will be the focus of this year’s IFA+ Summit. On 5 September, under the heading ’In the Face of Disruption De/Globalization – The Universal Remedy’, a wide range of assessments and views await trade visitors.

At the IFA thinktank, under the time-honoured slogan ’THE NEXT LEVEL OF THINKING’, national and international experts will gather to discuss the opportunities and risks of deglobalisation and offer scientific and philosophical opinions. Political decision-makers and futurists will outline concrete practical scenarios.
