In an updated travel advisory, the CDC has urged all Americans not to travel to #Jamaica. This includes Americans that are fully vaccinated. On April 2nd, the CDC issued a level four advisory for Jamaica, the highest level for COVID-19 cases.
The agency said that because of the current situation on the island, even fully vaccinated travellers may be at risk for getting and spreading COVID-19 and should avoid all travel. The CDC stated that if any American must travel to Jamaica, they should get fully vaccinated.
