Miami, FL. / August 10, 2020 – Intcomex is pleased to announce it has reached an agreement to acquire the ScanSource, Inc. Latin America business outside of Brazil. This strategic transaction will strengthen Intcomex’s leadership position throughout Latin America and the Caribbean by improving its commercial offering and expanding its brand catalog, products, and services.
